What this site receives, what for, for how long, and how to have it corrected or deleted.
What we receive
Only what you write in the form: first name, last name, email address, phone, company if you give one, and your message.
The server also records what security requires: IP address, time of the request, browser used. Those traces serve nothing else.

What for
To answer your request and, if it leads to a course, to prepare your enrolment. We send you no advertising without your agreement.
On what basis
Your request counts as consent to the processing needed to answer it, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
For how long
A request with no follow-up is deleted after twelve months. After an enrolment, accounting obligations require ten years.

Who has access
The office and the teaching advisers of the school. No data is sold or passed on for advertising.
Technical providers
Two providers are involved in running this site.
- The hosting provider, in Switzerland, which stores the site and the messages received.
- Cloudflare, whose spam check protects the form. That check receives your IP address and details about your browser. It sets no advertising cookie.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookie and does not follow you from one site to the next.

Your rights
