For your team

Train your teams, and keep hold of the budget.

A team without a shared language loses time in every meeting and on every client call. Training is decided on that cost.

How we work

How we go about it

A placement test for everyone involved

Training starts from a measured level, not a declared one. Groups are formed afterwards.

Lessons at your site, at the school, or by video call

Times follow your operations. A production team and an office team do not have the same windows.

A written goal for each member of staff

What the person should be able to do by the end, in one sentence. The teacher comes back to it at every review.

One adviser who follows your file

A single contact, reachable by phone during office hours.

Your area

Your company area

You run your training online, with no spreadsheets to reconcile and no chasing.

  • Attendance, absences, and progress, updated after every lesson.
  • Certificates to download, by your staff as well as by you.
  • A running count of credits bought and credits used.
  • A calendar of all training, by week or by month.
  • A report you can export for your board.

Your HR team sees attendance and levels. It does not see what is said in class.

What our clients say

Three people who took our courses

With my schedule as full as it is, the private lessons alternate between my office and the school. The director and my teacher show great flexibility, with a lot of professionalism.
Didier JungoHead of the Fribourg branchEmch+Berger AG Bern
With a demanding job and a full family life, I chose SWISS LINGUA for their flexibility and personalised lessons. I am very happy with it!
Mathy SommerRPO Manager SwitzerlandRandstad (Switzerland) Ltd
The course content is varied and hands-on. I particularly valued the flexibility and the personalisation of the lessons, the competence of the teachers, and how they listen to what you need.
